"STAND PROUD AMERICA!"

First off, let me start by saying I was very touched by all the e-mails of support, from my neighbors here in America, to countries like Australia, The U.K., South Africa, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada, Sweden, Zimbabwe, -- just to name a few. One thing was clear, no matter how physically close anybody was to this tragedy, we were all  attacked.
I am proud to be a New Yorker, & proud to be an American!, but I am equally proud of how the rest of the world has joined in solidarity with one common goal, -- to rid the world of the people responsible for acts like these! It tells me the world will be successful in this objective.
I personally still have two close friends missing, both worked above the 90th floor. All of my family members are accounted for which I am grateful for. (My mother, who is a nurse, worked less than a block away, & was helping people when the fist tower fell). Still we have hope for those missing, communication is difficult, all power & phones are still out in lower Manhattan, so it's hard to get information.
While I am not in much of a fun mood, I do think it is important to  try to get back to some sort of a normal routine. I have limited internet access, but I will try to  do our normal updates. While life quickly gets put into perspective after a tragedy like this, some may feel they need to take a small break from the horrible feelings, & take a moment to laugh a little. With that in mind, I am including a small update for today , I am also including some links for people who may want to donate, contribute or just lend support, to all the great volunteers who come out to help in this time of need.
